Most people have firewalls or routers that block the connection from the server
Solution........
1.Basic Firewalls
if u have norton or some kind of virus protection or firewall...disable it or close it....
2.Finding Your Router
Now if u have a router.....(if u know u do go to step 3) u dont know u have a router? here is how u
tell.....is there more than 1 computer on the internet in ur house???if there is than yes
u do have a router....
3.DefaultGateway
Go to your start menu and and then go to RUN and type CMD.exe(should have a black box now)
now depending on wut OS u have try these.....
IPconfig.exe
ipcfg.exe
winipconfig.exe
winipcfg.exe
4.Using Default Gateway
One of those should work.....now find your Default Gateway number(write it down or keep the window
open)and IP adress.......now go to your internet browser and type in your
Default Gateway Number.....it should go strait to ur router menu....if a thing pops up asking for
your password....keep the username blank and type admin in ur password Blank....BTW if this
doesnt work then call ur router provider or ask whoever programed ur router....
Find a tab that says advanced or expert now find the tab port forwarding.....
5.Forwarding
inside u will find something like
this....192.168._._
____ to ____
(check box)UDP
(checkbox)TCP
(checkbox)enable
Now that u have found that for the first one go back to ur Lil black window
where your IP and Default Gateway are.....
And where you IP is remember those last to numbers
for example (in the black box)
Ip Adress............192.168.1.102
then for 192.168.___.____ u would
put this Here....... ^1 ^102
now for the _______ TO ________
put this........^20100 ^20300
Then Check the UDP and TCP and Enable button....

this is what i saw on rpmpro site, but it doesnt work for me
my router is completely diferent for example

Ok forward like this then (i got lamost same than u maybe) :
Port||| Mode IP
20100 UDP your_local_IP
20100 TCP your_local_IP
20300 UDP your_local_IP
20300 TCP your_local_IP
If doesnt work add port 20101. And reboot ur router/connexion.

Last mistake is take firewall off 
No matter what, dont ever take firewall off when playing.
Lan partys are different, then it doesnt matter.
If you take firewall of, your pc is full off trojans, adaware, viruses etc... And it aint gonna be nice later. All viruses arent nice ones...

Nope, Ive been playing like 6 monthes now without antivirus neither firewall and I dont got any trojan or shit cuz when u use router it filters all that crap.
I just run spybot search&destroy each week and i never had any kind of shit + It saves RAM and makes internet faster.
Antiviruses are totally useless if u arent dumb enough to iopen viruses manually.
Firewalls are useless if u got router and some basic anti crap (spybot s&d, startup mechanic for me).
Check Hardware forums to tune ur settings.

that's what i did, excpet the 20101 port 
and i didnt reboot router neither...
anyway i'll try it l8r =)

first time i put up my server it was a big shit problem but I just tryed it now and portforward said it wasnt possible with sof2 with this router, i tryed it 1 time, and wtf? It works without any problem  . when u did it few times its easy.

To be honest i know shit about routers, ports and all the shit, maybe thats the reason why my pc is fucked, thats my dads business but my pc is fucked up.
I hope its gettin fixed now.

It says Busy..
